Yesterday at the last moment I decided that Autumn and I should go to see the move "UP" before it is completely out of the theaters. Luckily it was still playing in one theater near us. I figured this was the kind of movie that would be better in the theater. Both Autumn and I loved it!
After the movie Autumn spotted one of those claw machine games and wanted to do it. Of course I said no and that it was a waste of money because nobody ever wins, but she wore me down and I put in my .50. Then of course Autumn easily picked up what she wanted and got it and was like "that wasn't hard!" like I was just trying to ruin her fun.
Then on the way home I stopped into this fabulous scrapbook store which I am always meaning to go into, but haven't yet till now. Upon entering the store there was a sign that said "We love little children, but please hold their hands in the store". So Autumn took this so literally that she refused to let go of my hand when I wanted to look at something. (She gets very concerned over other peoples rules. And when I say other people I mean people other than me.) So I did end up finding some cute Boy Scout stuff for the custom page I am making, but other than that I am going to have to return ALONE!
This afternoon is supposed to rain so that will give me a reason to stay indoors and work on some stuff. I'm accidentally becoming tan and really want to stay indoors anyways.
Happy Friday All!

Happy Cheesecake Day!
At least they said it was on the news this morning. I wasn't planning on eating any cheesecake, but maybe now I'll have to!
Yesterday we had a fun visit with Cathy, Julia and Madelyn. Autumn and Julia went swimming and played together. They have lots of fun together and will more so when they get older, I hope.
After lunch Autumn and I went back to the beach for a few hours and Autumn was so tired she almost didn't make it walking back home. I have not been able to wear this girl out lately. She is so full of energy she COMPLETELY wears me out! So when she started to cry and said she was too tired to walk home I thought to myself "WOOHOOO! Finally!!!"
Julia in her matching swimsuit and hat ~ ADORABLE!!
Madelyn all sprawled out & looking very content for the moment.
Cathy and Madelyn ~ look at the sweet little face and hands!!!
Autumn and Julia hanging out.
Well today if things work out my plans are to begin work on a custom scrapbook page for my Etsy friend Karen. I'm so excited to work on a custom order because it makes it more personal, and I feel that more thought goes into it.
Have a nice day, and if you have cheesecake today post a comment on what kind you had!

Yum!
Yesterday afternoon we stopped over my in-laws to pick raspberries. They have these great raspberry bushes in their yard, and Autumn absolutely LOVES raspberries. We ended up with a nice size container of them and Autumn ate ALL of them herself. At least it was fruit! Here are some photos I took. The best part about these photos is Autumn's expressions. She's so funny!
Today my SIL Cathy is bringing both girls over for a visit. We'll go down to the beach where some of us will swim, while the others hang out. Autumn is very excited that Julia (her cousin) is coming to play. If my camera doesn't run out of batteries I'll take some photos to share tomorrow!
Well I'm off to coat myself in sunblock!

LUCKY CHARM ~~~
~~~ is the title of my newest premade scrapbook page.
I built this layout around an angel charm that I had for jewelery making. My Etsy friend Karen asked me if my layouts can be framed, and yes they can! If you like the look of scrapbook layouts but don't want an entire album, this would be a unique piece of art for you to hang on your wall! I would love to take custom orders in my Etsy shop for these as well! Just send me a message and I would be more than happy to help!
Yesterday we spent a few hours down at the lake which was nice. Autumn and our neighbor Hannah just became friends this summer. I'm so happy that Autumn has someone her age to play with. Below is a photo of them yesterday chasing each other on the beach. They are so cute!
Well I'm off to enjoy another stifling hot day here in New England!
Happy Monday!
My house has been very busy over the last few days. My Dad painted Taryne's room for us and the color was all wrong, so we had to start over by going to another paint store and trying again. This time we got a perfect match and it looks fantastic!
Yesterday I completed my "Girls Rock!" premade scrapbook page and it is now up for sale in my Etsy shop! (Warning ~ it has very bright contrasting colors, and is a bit unusual. But that's my style!)
I've been trying hard to replenish my shop after a few sales, and a few expirations that I didn't want to relist. I'm already thinking about Halloween layouts. If other stores have their Halloween items out already then I can too, right?
Now I'm going to leave you with a cute little conversation between me and Autumn last night. She was in bed for at least an hour and then she got up to use the bathroom. She looked wide awake so I asked her ~
"what are you doing in there?" (me)
"why, what did you hear?" (Autumn)
"I didn't hear anything" (me)
"well how did you know that I was doing something, because I wasn't" (Autumn)
Hmmm ~ I almost believed her. It looks like she's becoming a bit sneaky now, but so far I can tell when she's covering up the truth.
Have a good day!
Paula
