Every year I see the contest for the Gap Kids Casting Call, which is a contest where you can enter your child to be one of their next Gap models. First the public votes for their favorites. Then Gap takes the top 20 kids who received the most public votes, and selects their newest models. Every year I tell myself that I'm going to enter Autumn, but I always miss the entry deadline. This year I actually remembered, and now I need your help! I would appreciate it so much if you would put in your vote for Autumn. You do need to sign up for DisneyFamily.com when you go to vote, but it only takes a minute.

Lovely!
Yesterday I recruited Taryne to be my model for my new bracelets. I was surprised at how nice some of the photos came out because as I've mentioned before she is NOT a good subject for photos. She always makes funny faces and acts loony. But today the model within came out, and I thought I would share some of the best photos. She would probably be embarrassed if she knew I was sharing these, but oh well! And as you can see the photos are more of her than the bracelets, but she didn't know this!
My next piece of news is a blog feature that my stuffed owls are included in. I want to thank Shannon from Rainbow Fabrics for selecting my owls to be among a group that includes such cute things! If you'd like to take a look at this feature click on the link below to visit her blog.

Well I'm off to the post office to mail out my newest customized scrapbook layout. Thank you Diana!!
Have a Great Day!

Glamour Girl!
This is NOT a term I use to describe Autumn. She LOVES her comfy clothes like sweatpants and jeans. She LOVES black. She LOVES sneakers. She HATES to have her hair brushed, and doesn't like ponytails etc. And she LOVES to get dirty.
So when we went to Target the other day to check out the shoes, I expected Autumn to want something really ugly. At least in my opinion! I was SHOCKED when she picked up a pair of super sparkly dress shoes like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. They came in red, black and silver. She wanted the red, but I talked her into silver since nothing Autumn would be caught wearing go with the red ones. I am so happy that Autumn wanted these shoes, and I had to take her picture wearing them. (Notice the jeans and crummy shirt ~ one of Autumn's favorite outfits!).
I was so happy that I also bought Autumn a new Webkinz :)
As for the bracelets I've been working on ~ they are coming out FANTASTIC! I am so excited! I'm going to wait until I have finished a bunch and then I promise I'll share photos! I haven't had any time so far today to work on them, and this afternoon the weather is going to be so nice (and the nice, warm days are certainly numbered here) that I may have to stay outside instead.
Have a great day!
Paula
