My 2013 Bucket List and A Freebie!

After my announcement on New Year's Eve that I would not be making any resolutions for 2013, I kind of changed my mind. No I didn't decide to go ahead and make a bunch of resolutions that I couldn't possibly keep, but to rather to make a list of things I would like to accomplish in the coming year, a.k.a. a bucket list.

I then went one step further and decided that if I created a list that was not only functional, but pretty to look at too, it would be more of an inspiration rather than a boring to-do list that I would end up tossing in the trash after a few weeks.

Next I wrote down 10 things that I would like to accomplish/work on this coming year, rather than just the winter.  I then created a pretty digital layout, and added my 10 bucket list items. I'm super excited with the way it turned out, and am hoping that this will help to inspire me to follow through with some, if not everything on my list.

What I plan to do is to print it out, put it in a pretty frame, and display it somewhere in my home that I spend a lot of my time.

Has anyone else created a bucket list for
themselves rather than traditional resolutions?

What do you think of this idea?
I'm hoping it will work for me :)

If you'd like to create your own pretty bucket list I am giving away a free download for a blank copy of my bucket list.  Just click on the link below the image down below, and then you can just print it out and fill it in, or if you'd prefer you could open it in your photo editing software and type in your list that way.

Enjoy!

  3. At least those are all attainable goals for the year. Some people make the most outrageous resolutions/lists and that's why they never stick to them.

  10. I had a bucket list in mind almost similar to this planned for this year! I swear, just yesterday I starting thinking that as soon as I finish organizing the house (which will hopefully be done by the end of the weekend) I was going to start a recipe binder lol.

I think I have more than 1/2 of your list on mine!

Thanks for sharing the printable. It's very pretty!
